Founder & CEO

Akseli is known as the founder and CEO at one of the first carbon dioxide emissions compensation companies in Finland. Since the whole industry ran into difficulties due to the corona crisis, Akseli moved to Helsinki to study economics. Akseli is also one of the founding members of TerveysAkseli Oy, a small but very successful local health hub.

He is endowed with an above-average intellectual capacity, characterized by the ability to rapidly absorb, process and analyse data and information, combined with abstract argumentation skills, great focus and clarity in expressing ideas. Akseli’s ability to perceive large entities, market structures and changes in the operating environment is admirable. Akseli will graduate with a bachelor’s degree in economics in the summer of 2022.

Founder & Chairman of the Board

Johannes is a sharp minded problem solver and idea generator who is always eager to learn. Finding surprising or innovative connections between seemingly independent factors, critical reflection and introspection are just some of his strengths. He has been a competitive athlete his whole life, which still shapes his mindset and work ethic to this day.

In the realm of business, Johannes has experience in crypto currencies since 2012 and in entrepreneurship since 2016. He will graduate with a bachelor’s degree in economics during the next summer.

Jesse has been investing in different forms for nearly a decade and saw Idea Finance as a great investment for his time and resources. As an engineer, Jesse is all about numbers and therefore wants decisions to be based on numerical facts. Jesse also has hands on experience as a project manager.

Luukas is enthusiastic about business and investing. His strengths are a high drive towards continuous learning and development regarding all business-related aspects. This has been demonstrated during his economics studies in Helsinki, where he achieves top grades in his class. Luukas will graduate with a bachelor’s degree in economics in the summer of 2022.

Before his studies, Luukas worked in a successful Finnish grocery trade company, where he gained vast experience and responsibilities. This has helped him gain knowledge regarding customer segments and purchasing habits, which have developed even further during his studies.

Head of Sales and Marketing

Tony is passionate about sales and has experience from coaching and training a sales team that he put together. His experience consists of both B2B and B2C sales. He shines with his ability to concentrate on the people surrounding him. Tony tends to ask a lot of questions and listenin to peoples opinions before voicing his own. He has advanced fast in sales because of his discipline and self management skills, which he cultivated while working at the Finnish Defense Forces. To boost his knowledge and skills in business, Tony is studying for a BBA degree in entrepreneurship and team leadership at Proakatemia, Tampere.

Senior Analyst in Corporate Finance

Henri is keen on financial management and company economics. His analytical approach and attention to detail are his biggest strengths in the role of a Senior Analyst. He is intrigued about the stories told by numerical facts and values data-backed decision making. Henri is also an aspiring investor and sees his investment in Idea Finance as a promising opportunity with big upside. Calm and collected on the outside, but inside lies a burning passion to deliver results and become better everyday. BBA in International Business.

Advisor

Miikka has experience in buying, developing and selling close to a hundred  apartments. Demonstrable by his track record, he has a strong understanding of how to find lucrative real estate investments. He also has knowledge building profitable and efficient rental operations. Miikka has founded and developed numerous companies from the ground up as the CEO. He has ample experience negotiating with financial institutions and other large corporations.

Through these experiences, Miikka has a big network of Finnish real estate investors, some of whom have experience from the Baltic real estate markets as well. Miikka is interested in the developing real estate markets of the Baltics and wishes to help in the growth of Idea Finance in said market.

Advisor

Kiur is a trained architect with 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur and leader in projects either as the developer or main contractor. Since working in the nordic markets, he has gained an appreciation for business and leadership culture there. In addition, he has been a founding member in a modular building company in Estonia. Kiur is also involved in furthering the development of the corporate social responsibility and sustainability culture in Estonia. 

Kiur has a wide network of contacts in real estate, construction and design industries both in Estonia and elsewhere in the Baltics. He plans to utilize his experience to help Idea Finance bring environmentally friendly buildings to the Baltic real estate market.
